If you are interested in signing up as a team, please have one person fill out this form for the entire team. Please note, if team members are listed here, they should not fill out an individual sign up form.

If you are interested if volunteering as an individual and being assigned a team to work with the day of the event, please use this form. If you are part of a team already, you do not need to fill out another form.
